Actor Woo Do-hwan’s fist-flying action is finally stepping into the spotlight.
On the 3rd, Netflix’s series Bloodhounds Season 2 (hereafter ‘Bloodhounds 2’) premieres, unveiling an expanded universe set against a global illegal boxing league as it meets viewers worldwide.
Woo Do-hwan played boxer Gun-woo in Season 1, delivering intense action and finely tuned emotions to craft a true career-defining character. Notably, Season 1 of ‘Bloodhounds’ captured major love, hitting No. 1 on Netflix’s Global Top 10 (TV) with its bromance and flashy boxing sequences.
This new season strengthens the chemistry between Gun-woo and Woo-jin (played by Lee Sang-yi). The duo battles a ruthless illegal loan-sharking syndicate while squaring off against a new villain, Baekjeong (played by Jung Ji-hoon), amid the global underground boxing league.
Meanwhile, ‘Bloodhounds 2’ drops today at 5 p.m. on Netflix.
