A breakout star and a proven hit-maker are teaming up in one must-watch project.

On April 1, Netflix confirmed production of the drama Long Vacation and announced the casting of Choo Young-woo and Lee Se-young.

Long Vacation is a human romance about No. 3375, a demon who knows nothing about love (played by Choo Young-woo), and Lee Deul-pan, a resourceful hotel employee (played by Lee Se-young), whose worlds collide and slowly change each other.

Having lived for ages with formidable powers, Demon No. 3375 arrives in Korea on a new mission. While staying at a seaside town hotel, he becomes entangled with room attendant Lee Deul-pan and confronts unfamiliar feelings for the first time. Choo Young-woo shared, "Demon No. 3375, who has always gotten whatever he wants, meets human Lee Deul-pan and experiences the strange emotion called love."

Lee Se-young, who proved her star power through dramas like The Red Sleeve and The Story of Park's Marriage Contract, will play Lee Deul-pan, a hyper-practical hotel staffer. Repeatedly crossing paths with No. 3375, who appears as a VVVIP guest, she finds her heart wavering in unexpected ways.

As the news broke, netizens reacted with excitement, commenting, "Can’t wait to see Choo Young-woo transform into a demon" and "This has hit drama written all over it."

Meanwhile, Long Vacation blends the fantasy of a demon with raw human emotions for a heartfelt romance, and it is set to be released on Netflix.
