Actor Park Jung-min, rapper Gaeko, and SE SO NEON's So!YoON! (Hwang So-yoon) join ENHYPEN's 7th mini album.
On the 11th, label BELIFT LAB posted a "The Sin: Vanish Narration Preview" video on ENHYPEN's official YouTube channel.
The preview features snippets from narration tracks — 'Inciting Incident', 'Fugitives', 'The Voice We Were Looking For', and 'Beyond the Case' — styled like a news program reporting on a vampire escape case. It was produced separately in four languages: Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese.
For this album, ENHYPEN completes a concept record by adopting the investigative news format 'Mystery Show' to track a vampire-on-the-run case. The 11-track album tells the story of vampire lovers on the run. In particular, actor Park Jung-min voices the Korean narration, adding depth with his unmistakable tone. Tsuda Kenjiro narrates in Japanese, while singer Huang Zihongfan (Lars Huang) takes on the Chinese version.
The opening track 'No Way Back', featuring Hwang So-yoon of SE SO NEON, sets a dreamy mood and captures the delicate psyche of a vampire fleeing for love. Title track 'Knife' — with lyrics by Dynamic Duo's Gaeko — portrays the inner turmoil of lovers turned fugitives.
The album also includes a variety of tracks such as 'Stealer', 'Big Girls Don't Cry', 'Lost Island', and 'Sleep Tight'. Notably, 'Sleep Tight' is Jake's first self-composed song, with Heeseung participating in the lyrics to calmly depict the brief respite and lingering anxiety after the escape.
ENHYPEN's 7th mini album 'The Sin: Vanish' drops worldwide on January 16.
