Influencer Hae-eun Seong, who rose to fame on TVING's dating show EXchange 2, shocked fans by revealing she recently moved into an ultra-pricey new-build apartment in Gangnam. Her vlog showcasing hotel-level, residents-only amenities sent viewers into a frenzy.
In her latest YouTube vlog, Hae-eun said goodbye to her Yongsan place and finished moving into a sun-drenched, all-white interior high-rise in Gangnam. "I'm so happy I can't believe I get to live in a place like this," she said, unable to hide her excitement.
The residents' community facilities stole the spotlight. "The community here is insanely well-equipped," she said while touring the gym, golf range, sauna, swimming pool, and an on-site restaurant that serves everything from breakfast through dinner. The gym, revealed on video for the first time, features a running track and cutting-edge weight machines in a massive space. "I've never seen anything like this at hotels, here or abroad," she marveled.
The next day, Hae-eun visited a sky-bridge observatory cafe that connects the apartment towers, and she was stunned all over again. Gazing at the sprawling city view through floor-to-ceiling windows, she said, "It feels like a dream to have coffee here," adding, "Maybe because it's so high up, everything else looks small." Savoring dessert in a lounge that felt like a luxury hotel, she smiled and said, "I still can't believe this is home."
The on-site restaurant also impressed with a wide variety of dishes and healthy options. After her meal, Hae-eun stopped by the golf range, saying her "sports spirit" was kicking in, and even signed up for a spur-of-the-moment lesson.
For Hae-eun, this move means more than just a change of address. She previously opened up about growing up in a semi-basement with a leaky ceiling and mold. "I had a poverty complex, and living in a semi-basement left a scar," she confessed. Fans are cheering her on as she builds a glamorous life on her own terms.
Back in 2022, Hae-eun became a final couple with Hyun-kyu Jeong on TVING's EXchange 2. However, breakup rumors followed after they unfollowed each other on social media and deleted their lovestagram posts. While she stayed quiet, Hyun-kyu recently said, "We still support each other," effectively confirming the split.
