The released images tease the love story of Seong Hee-ju (played by IU) and Grand Prince Ian (played by Byeon Woo Seok)—from memories together as students at the royal academy to a modern-day glimpse of them slowly growing closer as newlyweds—capturing eye-catching moments where past and present collide.
Perfect Crown, which premieres on April 10, tells the story of a chaebol woman who seems to have everything yet feels stifled by her commoner status, and a man who is the king’s son but sorrowfully can claim nothing.
