Actors So Joo-yeon, Kim Kang-min, and Yeon Je-hyung are joining forces in a new short-form drama, unveiling their first script reading and signaling the project’s official kickoff.
On the 12th, the team behind the short-form drama Sorry for Confessing released on-site photos featuring the three leads.
Director Hwang Da-seul, who is helming the project, attended the script reading alongside principal cast members So Joo-yeon, Kim Kang-min, and Yeon Je-hyung, building instant chemistry and raising expectations for what’s to come.
Notably, So Joo-yeon transforms into Sera, a webtoon PD who captivates four men at once with her unique charm, bringing the lead character vividly to life. Kim Kang-min plays Soon-gyu, a webtoon writer who receives Sera’s sudden confession, delicately portraying the clash of panic and fluttering excitement. Yeon Je-hyung takes on Hyun-woo, Sera’s close guy friend pulled into her confession whirlwind, adding depth with his detailed take on the character’s tangled emotions.
Meanwhile, Sorry for Confessing is set to premiere simultaneously in Korea, the United States, Japan, Taiwan, and more on March 26 at 6 p.m. KST via the global short-form platform DramaBox.
