Model and TV personality Han Hye Jin candidly revealed her recent weight changes and kicked off a two-week diet.
On the 12th, Han Hye Jin uploaded a video to her YouTube channel documenting her regimen. In the clip, she introduced a self-made diet plan to manage the weight she put on over the Lunar New Year holidays.
She said she started the diet on the last day of the holiday. Han shared, "I ate so much at my parents' place," beginning with fasted running. She then combined weight training and ballet, showing how she is tackling her weight control.
Alongside workouts, she tightened her meals. Showing a plate with gim (roasted seaweed), makhoe (Korean chopped raw fish salad), multigrain rice with garlic and chili peppers, and ssamjang (savory dipping sauce), she explained, "I worked out for two and a half hours. It might seem odd to eat a regular meal while dieting, but this is how I soothe myself so I can keep going consistently."
She also discussed her body composition test results and shared how she really felt about her current condition. Standing 177 cm tall, Han said, "My threshold is 58 kg. I absolutely cannot go over that," adding, "I checked my InBody today, and it was honestly the worst. Seeing the results this morning set off all the warning lights."
She continued, "My neck and shoulders aren't in great shape, so I'm keeping weights light. Gaining weight is one thing, but losing muscle bothers me more. My body fat was the highest it's ever been. Even before the test, I had a gut feeling I was doomed."
Toward the end, Han summed up dieting as "repeating the process of gaining and losing," stressing, "Even if you stumble, the key is to return to a healthy routine. The most important thing is not giving up, no matter how your weight fluctuates."
