Actor Kim Seon-ho shared his reaction to the surging popularity of the Netflix series Can This Love Be Translated? alongside a new pictorial that spotlights his many charms.
On the 19th, fashion magazine Harper's BAZAAR Korea unveiled its April cover featuring Kim Seon-ho. Shot in collaboration with British heritage perfume house Atkinsons 1799, the pictorial captures Kim's range as he moves between a soft, sweet mood and commanding charisma. With delicate eyes and restrained gestures, he brings each scent's image to life in a striking, multi-dimensional way, elevating the shoot's overall impact.
In the interview following the shoot, Kim reflected on the show's success, saying, "Looking back, it felt like I was traveling at every moment" about Netflix's Can This Love Be Translated? He added, "On the last day of filming, I was on the verge of tears because I didn't want it to end. I even broke my jinx that things go south when I get too excited. I'm grateful, because it feels like my earnest wish for many people to love the project truly got through."
Currently starring on stage in the play Secret Passage: Interval, Kim responded to what keeps him acting without pause: "I feel genuinely happy that I can act. At the same time, I often remind myself that liking something and being good at it are different. The effort to act well is the force that helps me, the person Kim Seon-ho, keep walking without falling."
Kim Seon-ho's full pictorial and interview are available in Harper's BAZAAR Korea's April issue, as well as on its official website, Instagram, and YouTube channel.
