Actors Bae Jong-ok and Han Sun-hwa are teasing a dual-faced mother-daughter dynamic.
On the 19th, the team behind JTBC’s weekend drama Modeuga Jasinui Mugachihamgwa Ssaugo Itda (hereafter ‘Mojamusssa’) dropped new stills of the pair.
Bae Jong-ok appears as national actress Oh Jung-hee, radiating overwhelming charisma. A perfectionist who treats every moment of daily life like a performance, she never allows a single crack—no matter the situation. Under that creed, her daughter Jang Mi-ran (played by Han Sun-hwa) grows up entirely under her control.
Jang Mi-ran is the lead in director Park Kyung-se’s (played by Oh Jung-se) film Pal Eomneun Duljjae Nuna, depicting the conflict and tragedy hidden behind the label ‘daughter of national actress Oh Jung-hee.’
The released stills capture Oh Jung-hee gripping a trophy on an awards stage as Jang Mi-ran beams beside her in celebration. Outwardly, they look like the perfect ‘wannabe mother-daughter’ duo, but beneath the surface runs a strange, icy tension—sparking intense curiosity.
Meanwhile, ‘Mojamusssa’ is set to premiere on April 18 at 10:40 p.m.
