Wonpil of band DAY6 has shocked fans by previewing every track from his first solo mini album ‘Unpiltered’ ahead of its release.
On March 23, JYP Entertainment unveiled a “track manual” video for Wonpil’s solo mini album ‘Unpiltered’, offering sneak listens to portions of every song on the record.
The video features seven tracks that Wonpil personally worked on, including the title track ‘Love Ward’, as well as ‘Toxic Love’, ‘I Ended Up Becoming an Adult’, ‘Up All Night’, ‘Step by Step’, ‘Not a Million Roses’, and ‘Piano’.
Mini 1st ‘Unpiltered’ marks Wonpil’s first solo release in about four years since his February 2022 solo debut album ‘Pilmography’. With this album, he focuses less on polish and more on revealing his natural, unfiltered self.
The mini album will officially drop at 6 p.m. KST on March 30 via major online music platforms. He will then hold a three-day solo concert from May 1–3 at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
