Shocking health scare for TWICE: after Dahyun’s injury, news broke that Chaeyoung has also been hurt.

On the 26th, JYP Entertainment announced that member Chaeyoung’s departure schedule has been postponed. According to the agency, Chaeyoung suddenly felt back pain while preparing to depart and was advised to receive a hospital examination, so she will not be able to join the previously scheduled itinerary. She will remain in Korea for a thorough check-up and treatment, then assess her recovery and join later.

The agency added, "If there are any changes to upcoming concert schedules, we will announce them quickly," while also noting, "Even if Chaeyoung returns to the stage, parts of her performance may be limited depending on her condition."

Dahyun had already hit a setback due to an injury. The agency explained, "After discussing the artist’s condition and participation in performances, we concluded that sufficient rest and recovery must come first."

Dahyun reportedly suffered an ankle injury from the early North American dates of the world tour 'This Is For' in early January. She continued her schedule but was diagnosed with a fracture after a detailed examination conducted upon returning to Korea in early February, and she has since missed some performances. She was also unable to join the recent Taipei show in Taiwan and will return when she is able to perform choreography again.

Meanwhile, TWICE is scheduled to perform at Japan’s National Stadium in Tokyo this April, drawing even more attention to their upcoming plans.
