In a viral and shocking turn, BTS member Jimin jumped headfirst into an over-the-top ‘49+ rated’ comedy skit, showcasing a totally new side of his variety chops.

On comedian Lee Su-ji’s YouTube channel, Jimin guested alongside Kim Geum-soon and Lee Hyun-jung, trading quick-fire banter throughout the segment.

In the video, Jimin appears as instructor Park Jimin, who runs a social dance studio near the Rendezvous Hair Salon, instantly grabbing attention. Slipping into the role with ease, he amped up the energy with sly, deadpan acting and witty ad-libs.

With Jimin’s entrance, the salon lit up, and the trio’s attention zeroed in on him. Lee Su-ji, in particular, fired off bold, no-holds-barred ‘49+’ ad-libs and risqué jokes that flustered Jimin and had everyone in stitches. Even in the most unexpected setups, he countered with his trademark smile and sharp reactions, flexing his variety skills.

Once the actual dance lesson kicked off, things heated up even more. As Jimin personally taught the steps and demonstrated the moves, the cast members rushed in as if competing with one another, leading all the way to a dramatic dip — sending the room into laughter. Though clearly flustered, Jimin stayed locked into the skit to the very end, leaving a strong impression.

Meanwhile, the cast kept up a playful tug-of-war over Jimin, volleying their ‘tiki-taka’ banter. One offered manggae-tteok (leaf-wrapped rice cakes), another pushed for private lessons — a full-on, comedic show of affection that kept the laughs coming.

Right after it dropped, the clip drew buzz as an “all-time great skit.” Fans raved, saying, “I’ve never seen this side of Jimin,” “A Billboard No. 1 singer works this hard,” and “What exactly did Park Jimin decide before coming on?” — fueling the hype even further.
