J-Hope of BTS just named the Super Bowl as his dream stage, laying out a bold vision for his global artist era.
On March 25, J-Hope guested on choreographer Kani’s YouTube channel and opened up about a wide range of topics. Reflecting on BTS’s first full-group comeback in about 3 years and 9 months, he said, "I’m overwhelmed thinking about getting back together with the members and meeting fans again." Looking back on his military service, he confessed, "Spending time apart made me realize the members are the people I need the most."
He also revealed behind-the-scenes details about BTS’s 5th full-length album, 'Arirang.' "This time, instead of focusing on flashy choreography, I aimed for performance that really delivers the song’s vibe," J-Hope shared, adding, "It’s been a while, so we prepared this album properly."
When asked about his biggest goals as an artist, he spotlighted the Super Bowl. "Dream big," he said. "I often imagine what it would feel like to stand on the Super Bowl stage." Kani responded, "That’s totally possible. Super Bowl team, please reach out," publicly cheering him on. The Super Bowl Halftime Show draws over 100 million viewers every year and has hosted global icons like Michael Jackson, Beyoncé, and Lady Gaga.
He also hinted at world tour plans. "We’re set to visit about 34 cities, starting with a Seoul concert in April," J-Hope revealed. "I’m even more excited because I get to share what I’ve experienced with the members." He added, "There are still so many cities I haven’t been to yet, so it feels like a brand-new adventure every time," expressing his excitement.
Meanwhile, BTS recently made their comeback with the 5th full album 'Arirang' and held a live performance at Gwanghwamun in Seoul on the 21st to connect with global fans.
