Super Junior member Kyuhyun’s jaw-dropping refrigerators are set to be revealed.
On the March 29 broadcast of JTBC’s variety show Please Take Care of My Refrigerator, viewers will finally get a look inside Kyuhyun’s fridges. He’s widely known for his impressive cooking skills, and the show will put his culinary life on full display.
Kyuhyun shows real passion for cooking on air. He respectfully calls the chefs his “teachers” and says he usually follows recipes to the letter, drawing attention. He even shares a story about once being invited to appear on a Netflix variety show about chefs, revealing his hidden culinary drive. When the MCs ask which chef he would most like to battle in the kitchen, he drops an unexpected name, raising curiosity.
His love for tteokbokki (spicy stir-fried rice cakes) also stands out. Kyuhyun says he enjoys tteokbokki more than three times a week and has even released a product under his own name. He shocks the studio with how well he knows every famous spot. During a blind taste test, he starts off confident, but as the options pile up, he hilariously second-guesses himself. All eyes are on whether Kyuhyun can keep his title as a tteokbokki authority.
Most of all, his refrigerators steal the show. Despite living alone, he reportedly owns six refrigerators, stunning everyone in the studio. They’re packed with ingredients for Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and Western cuisine—as well as items you’d rarely see in a typical home—leaving the chefs genuinely impressed.
He’ll even reveal a separate fridge just for alcohol, offering a peek into another side of Kyuhyun, who’s known to enjoy a drink.
