MAMAMOO’s Hwasa is making a shocking return with a brand-new single.

On the 1st, agency P NATION announced that Hwasa will drop her new digital single 'So Cute' on April 9 at 6 p.m. KST via major online music platforms.

This marks her first comeback in about six months since October’s megahit 'Good Goodbye'.

On March 31, P NATION’s official social media revealed a teaser video announcing Hwasa’s comeback with 'So Cute'. The clip shows Hwasa sitting at a table, deep in thought, while children play around her—fueling curiosity. You also hear Hwasa’s vocal whispering 'So Cute' over part of the melody, alongside the release date '26.04.09 (THU) 6pm KST', ramping up anticipation for her return.

Previously, 'Good Goodbye' dominated Korea’s major music charts with a jaw-dropping 750 Perfect All-Kills (PAK), the highest tally for any Korean artist. She also secured an SBS Inkigayo Triple Crown, five music show wins, six crowns on the Circle Chart, and a two-week No. 1 streak on the newly launched 'Billboard Korea Hot 100'—proving her unrivaled impact.

In particular, her Blue Dragon Film Awards stage with actor Park Jung Min—who made a special appearance in the 'Good Goodbye' music video—went viral and drew massive attention.
