DinDin has spoken about a phone number leak that occurred during the release of a YouTube video.
The rapper appeared on Swings’s YouTube channel and explained that his number was unintentionally exposed due to a production oversight.
“I received a rough cut, but I couldn’t review it thoroughly because of my schedule,” he said. The issue stemmed from a message screen that he assumed had been blurred, but was uploaded with his number visible.
After the video went live, he began receiving messages from strangers and was alerted by friends that his number may have been exposed. He contacted the production team, and the video was taken down within minutes.
However, messages and calls continued even after the video was removed, leading him to eventually change his phone number.
Despite the incident, DinDin addressed it calmly and treated it as a light anecdote.
He first gained recognition through Mnet’s ‘Show Me The Money 2’ in 2013 and remains active in both music and variety.
