Actor Shin Hye-sun is set to redefine her career with a razor-sharp gaze and overwhelming charisma.
On the 10th, the production team of tvN’s new Sat–Sun drama Filing for Love unveiled character stills of Shin Hye-sun as Joo In-ah.
In the photos, Shin Hye-sun captivates viewers with nothing but an intense stare, laying bare the fearsome aura of a chief auditor who makes it clear that if you’re on her radar, you’re done.
Filing for Love follows the high-stakes teamwork and slow-burn romance between Joo In-ah (played by Shin Hye-sun), a mysterious chief auditor, and Noh Gi-joon (played by Gong Myung), a disciplinary officer demoted to handling workplace misconduct crackdowns.
Explaining why she chose the project, Shin Hye-sun said, "I wanted to greet viewers with something light and entertaining," adding, "I was curious to see how the veiled character Joo In-ah would change after meeting Noh Gi-joon, and how their relationship would unfold."
In the drama, Joo In-ah is a cool-headed professional who hides a tender heart and a secret—a classic steel-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside type. The show’s key draw will be the razor-sharp yet witty portrayal of urgent audit missions each episode and its unique premise of cracking down on office misconduct.
Netizens who saw the stills reacted with comments like, "You can already tell Shin Hye-sun’s acting is top-tier," and "An episodic format every week? I’m so excited."
Meanwhile, boasting a solid lineup that includes Shin Hye-sun, Gong Myung, Kim Jae-uk, and Hong Hwa-yeon, Filing for Love is set to premiere on the 25th at 9:10 p.m.
