Actor Kim Woo-bin drew attention by revealing the self-discipline routine he sticks to even in newlywed life.
On May 7, an interview video with Kim Woo-bin was uploaded to the MEN Noblesse YouTube channel. In the video, he spoke candidly about everything from health management to daily habits. Kim said, “When I wake up, I brush my teeth, drink warm water, and take probiotics,” explaining the basics of how he starts his day. He added, “I eat three meals a day, sometimes four,” emphasizing, “I never skip breakfast.”
He also talked about his steady diet. “These days I mostly eat rice, chicken breast, and cherry tomatoes,” he shared, adding, “Along with moderate cardio, I do weight training about three to five times a week.” He noted that he frequently goes to the sauna as part of his fitness routine.
His mental wellness method also stood out. “I’ve been keeping a gratitude journal for 16 years,” Kim revealed. “At first I started to keep my original mindset, but now I write it to appreciate the little things in everyday life.”
He also teased his next project. “I’m currently filming the tvN drama Gift,” he said, raising expectations. “I think I’ll be able to show a new side of myself as a baseball manager.”
Meanwhile, Kim Woo-bin married actress Shin Min-a last December after 10 years of dating.
