TWICE member Sana has addressed the shocking outfit controversy head-on.

On June 18, through the fan communication platform Bubble, Sana explained, "When I did the fitting, it was secured so the front wouldn’t open, but I went in without checking a mirror, and photos were taken while it had opened up."

She added, "I only realized it after I got back to the waiting room. I was already upset that I couldn’t go out looking like I did during the fitting, and all the talk about it made me even more upset."

Earlier that day, Sana and the other TWICE members attended the 'TEAZEN x TWICE Kombucha Lab' event in Jongno-gu, Seoul. Sana drew attention when part of her dress got tucked into her bottoms, exposing shorts-style undergarments and sparking buzz.

Fans who saw the news reacted, saying, "So it was a wardrobe accident," and, "Sana must have felt terrible."

Meanwhile, TWICE, the group Sana belongs to, will hold the finale concerts of their world tour at KSPO DOME from July 10 to 12, meeting fans there.
