Actor Jung Woo has found a new home at Saram Entertainment, signaling a bold new leap.

On the 11th, Saram Entertainment officially announced it had signed an exclusive contract with Jung Woo. Known for his heartfelt acting and commanding presence, he has earned a wide fan base, and this deal is expected to further expand his activities.

Saram Entertainment stated, "We are delighted to build a meaningful relationship with Jung Woo, an actor with a distinctive color and solid capabilities," adding, "We will spare no effort to fully support not only his acting talents but also the diverse synergy he will show as a creator so that his brilliance can shine even more."

Debuting in the 2001 film 7-inui Saebyeok, Jung Woo made a lasting impression on the public with the 2009 film Wish. He then skyrocketed to nationwide popularity after playing "Trash" in the 2013 tvN drama Reply 1994, cementing his status as a household-name actor.

Since then, he has built a solid filmography across genres with films like C'est Si Bon, The Himalayas, and New Trial, and dramas such as Mad for Each Other and Miraculous Brothers. Notably, Jung Woo has also stood out as a creator: he participated in the screenplay for his semi-autobiographical film Wish, and more recently served as both co-director and lead in Crayon Shin-chan, proving his multifaceted creative chops.

Meanwhile, Saram Entertainment, which Jung Woo has newly joined, also represents Gong Myung, Park Gyu Young, Lee Soo Hyuk, and Choi Sooyoung.
