G-Dragon's new Nike collaboration is going viral — and dividing opinions — after its bold floral visuals hit the internet.
On May 28, G-Dragon's fashion label PEACEMINUSONE unveiled the 'Tigers of Asia' collection created with Nike and the Korea Football Association.
Designed as a pre-match capsule for Korea's national team ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the project drew extra buzz because G-Dragon personally took part in the design.
Public reaction split fast. Some called the flashy floral pattern "like a grandma's blanket" and "tacky," while others countered, "It actually looks fine on the players" and "It's one of the better-looking drops compared to other collections."
Meanwhile, the Korea Football Association is running a World Cup-themed pop-up, 'Korea National Football Team: Fans' Basecamp,' at The Hyundai Seoul (Hyundai Department Store) through the 28th.
