Disney+'s original series 'Sculpture City' is set to premiere on November 5th.
'Sculpture City' depicts the intense confrontations between characters who hold power and wealth, and those who become entangled in the events. The story begins with Tae-jung, played by Ji Chang-wook, wrongfully imprisoned due to a crime. The mastermind behind the events is Ahn Yo-han, portrayed by Do Kyung-soo, and Tae-jung resolves to seek revenge once he discovers his identity.
Notably, Do Kyung-soo is drawing attention for his transformation into the villain Ahn Yo-han for the first time in this project. He plays a cruel character that manipulates others' lives and is a chilling presence that orchestrates all the events.
Alongside him, Lee Kwang-soo challenges himself with a fresh transformation as Baek Do-kyung. Baek Do-kyung is a person of power and wealth, holding the critical key to the events surrounding Tae-jung.
Director Park Shin-woo praised, "Lee Kwang-soo's character Do-kyung is perfectly embodied to the extent that viewers cannot think of another actor for the role."
Currently, Lee Kwang-soo and Do Kyung-soo are appearing in tvN's variety show ‘Kong Kong Pang Pang’ (Laughing and Happy Adventures Abroad) where they are expected to shed their 'variety show' images for distinct acting transformations.
'Sculpture City' will release two episodes weekly, totaling 12 episodes, creating considerable anticipation.
