Sam Hammington, a comedian-turned-broadcaster, candidly revealed why he did not attend his close friend Kim Jun-ho's wedding.
On the 11th, SBS's variety show Shoes Off, Dolsing Foreman released a preview featuring Sam Hammington, magician Choi Hyun-woo, WJSN's Dayoung, and ATINY's Choi San.
In the preview, Lee Sang-min asked directly, "Sam, why didn't you go to Jun-ho's wedding?" Sam Hammington hesitated for a moment and then replied with his signature wit, "I went to the first wedding. Giving wedding money twice is just too much, don't you think?" His response sent everyone into a fit of laughter. In reaction, Kim Jun-ho waved his hands frantically, exclaiming, "Stop it, stop it!" while the cast burst into laughter.
The two have been friends for 20 years since their days on KBS2's Gag Concert. Sam Hammington previously expressed his gratitude on The Return of Superman, saying, "I got into 'Gag Concert' thanks to Kim Jun-ho hyung." During the recent preview, Sam Hammington cheekily hinted at Kim Jun-ho, stating, "I learned Korean swearing from the hyungs during our 'Gag Concert' days."
Earlier in July, Kim Jun-ho received much congratulations after remarrying fellow comedian Kim Ji-min.
