Seo Min‑jae (who has since changed her name to Seo Eun‑woo), known from Channel A’s dating show “Heart Signal 3,” said that even with her due date approaching, her dispute with the child’s biological father, identified as A, remains unresolved.

On November 30, Seo wrote on her Instagram, “I didn’t delete my recent posts because I came to an agreement with him,” updating followers on where things stand. She continued, “The baby’s father is still out of touch. I’m not asking for anything else — I just want a conversation, but I’m still getting no response.”

She added, “I want to speak on what I suspect are illegal acts by the other party, but for now I’m putting off legal action because I’m about to give birth,” and stressed, “If he can’t meet even the bare minimum — as the father and as a human being — that will come back to him in the end.”

Seo first revealed her pregnancy in May and claimed that communication with A was cut off at that time. She repeatedly posted A’s photos and personal details on social media as part of her call‑outs.

In response, A’s side immediately pushed back through legal counsel. They said, “I never disappeared, and I have consistently stated my intention to take legal responsibility for the child,” arguing that “Seo Min‑jae is posting false information.” They also said police had referred multiple charges — including defamation by false information under the Information and Communications Network Act, intimidation, unlawful confinement, and violations of the anti‑stalking law — to prosecutors with recommendations to indict.

Seo is due to give birth this month. Even so, she has kept airing grievances and pleas to the father on social media, drawing attention to the possibility of further disclosures ahead.

Meanwhile, Seo drew buzz on “Heart Signal 3” in 2020 with her background as a big‑name automaker mechanic and standout looks. She later faced controversy over allegations that she and former WINNER member Nam Tae‑hyun used methamphetamine (Philopon) at her home. In that case, Seo received a 10‑month prison sentence, suspended for two years.
