Actor-idol Lee Junho's Netflix series Cashero is taking viewers by storm.

According to OTT chart tracker FlixPatrol on the 30th, Cashero ranked No. 4 on the global Top 10 TV Shows chart as of yesterday.

Dropped on the 26th, Cashero also seized No. 1 on Netflix Korea's Top 10 Series (as of the 28th), proving its massive buzz at home. The show delivers a fresh, slice-of-life spin on a self-made, hands-on hero, Kang Sang-ung (played by Lee Junho). Torn between protecting the world or his own peace, he navigates layered, conflicting emotions while amping up immersion with high-adrenaline action.

Previously, Lee Junho led tvN's weekend drama Typhoon Family to both buzz and ratings, raising expectations for how he'll continue this momentum with his latest project.

Meanwhile, Kim Hyang-gi injects energy as Bang Eun-mi, a character with telekinesis. She's a superpowered young woman who can only use her abilities in proportion to the calories she consumes. Though she grumbles about everything, she's a classic tsundere who quietly looks out for her lawyer ally (Kim Byung-chul) and Kang Sang-ung. Kim Hyang-gi's stable acting and strong presence are set to maximize interest in Cashero.

SBS's recently wrapped Wed–Thu drama Dynamite Kiss, which ended on the 25th, landed at No. 6 on the global Top 10 TV Shows chart. Its finale hit 6.9% nationwide (Nielsen Korea), the series' highest rating, closing on a high note. It dominated its time slot and ranked No. 1 among all weekday dramas for seven straight weeks.

In the finale, Gong Ji-hyuk (Jang Ki-yong) and Go Da-rim (Ahn Eun-jin) secured both love and career for a picture-perfect happy ending. Dynamite Kiss won praise for embracing classic rom-com tropes while keeping things fresh with rhythmic direction and heart-fluttering moments.

On the film side, the much-criticized The Great Flood nevertheless surged to No. 1 worldwide. Released on the 19th, the movie drew harsh reviews and low scores across online communities and portals—but on Netflix, it continues to hold its spot, creating an ironic split between reception and viewership.

Kim Da-mi appears as Goo Anna in the film. Set on Earth's last day as a cataclysmic flood engulfs the world, this sci-fi disaster blockbuster follows a desperate fight for survival inside a drowning apartment complex. Despite its grand premise, sudden genre shifts and a lack of clear sci-fi exposition proved divisive. With opinions still split on The Great Flood, some believe the negative buzz itself has sparked curiosity—and clicks.
