Band Xdinary Heroes have been targeted by stalking, and their label has announced strong legal action.
On the 11th, JYP Entertainment stated, "We have filed criminal complaints with the local police against suspects who unlawfully trespassed into the artists' residence, and we confirm that the court recently issued a provisional order under the Act on the Punishment of Stalking Crimes."
The company continued, "We are actively cooperating with investigators so that stern punishment can be imposed on the suspects currently under legal procedures," adding, "Despite repeated notices and legal responses to such invasions of privacy, we continue to confirm behavior such as loitering near the dorm and company building to wait for the artists or intruding into private spaces."
The label stressed, "These acts seriously threaten the artists' personal safety and cannot be justified under any circumstances," and emphasized, "We will prioritize the artists' safety and protection of their rights and proceed with the following strong measures."
They added, "Without exception, all acts that violate the artists' safety and rights—including home intrusion, illegal filming, personal data leaks, and persistent invasions of privacy—will be referred to investigative authorities," and stated, "We will bolster security and patrols around the dorm and company building and take immediate legal action upon catching offenders in the act."
Finally, they warned, "Those confirmed to have engaged in such behavior will be permanently barred from participating in any official activities related to Xdinary Heroes in the future."
