TVXQ member Changmin delivered a brutally honest take on the frozen jelly craze sweeping social media.

In a recent video on the YouTube channel Refresh, the production team handed Changmin a currently trending snack: frozen-to-eat jelly. He reacted with visible skepticism, asking, "Is this really popular?" and even checked whether the staff had actually tried it themselves, showing clear reluctance to jump on the bandwagon.

Changmin also voiced concerns about the jelly's ingredients. "Jellies contain a lot more oil than you think," he said, adding, "If you're on a diet, eating something like this might be pointless." On the trend itself, he remarked, "These days, it feels like anything goes viral as long as you slap a name on it," expressing his frustration.

After finally taking a bite, Changmin immediately grimaced. Calling it "like a punishment," he screwed up his face in disgust and quickly snapped the lid shut, drawing laughs. He did concede that "the texture itself isn't bad," but drew a line by adding, "I don't really like jelly to begin with."

He also took issue with the earlier 'Dujjonku' trend (Dubai-style chewy cookies). Sharing that he wasn't impressed when he tried it, he said, "The marshmallow texture was uncomfortable. And marshmallow is basically a block of butter," continuing his playful scolding. Still, he added, "I like kataifi's texture, so if I have to choose, Dujjonku is better."
