BTS aren’t just leading the charts—they’re occupying them.
According to Billboard’s rankings dated April 4, the group’s title track ‘SWIM’ from their fifth studio album ‘Arirang’ debuted at No. 1 on the Hot 100, marking another milestone in their U.S. chart history.
But the bigger story sits beneath that headline. Excluding the interlude ‘No. 29,’ all 13 vocal tracks from the album entered the chart—a rare sweep that highlights the scale of their release. Among them, ‘Body To Body’ and ‘Hooligan’ landed at No. 25 and No. 35, respectively.
The momentum carries across global charts as well. ‘SWIM’ secured the group’s eighth No. 1 on the Global 200, while on Global Excl. U.S., BTS filled the entire Top 13—an outcome that places them alongside acts known for full-chart dominance.
Beyond individual tracks, the group also topped multiple Billboard categories, including Artist 100, Digital Song Sales, World Digital Song Sales, and Vinyl Albums—extending their presence across formats.
At the center of the album is ‘SWIM,’ co-written by RM (Kim Namjoon), carrying a message about pushing forward through life’s waves without stopping.
For BTS, it’s not just another No. 1—it’s a level of reach that’s becoming consistent.
