Rapper-singer ILHOON brought his first-ever solo concert 'MAEDUP' to a triumphant close, riding explosive fan support.

Held on April 4, the solo show 'MAEDUP' made headlines even before curtain-up, with VIP seats selling out quickly after tickets opened—clear proof of fans' unwavering loyalty.

ILHOON reimagined his released tracks with a rich live-band sound, revealing a fresh charm different from the originals. Seamlessly switching between rap and vocals—and even delivering an emotional piano performance himself—he had the crowd in the palm of his hand. He also surprised everyone by previewing an unreleased new song, sending the venue's energy through the roof.

The communication-driven production embodied the meaning of 'maedup' (knot). A staff member explained, "The stage was designed to share precious time with longtime fans while firmly strengthening the connection with new audiences."

After the show, ILHOON posted on Instagram on the 9th, writing, "MAEDUP THE 1ST PAGE! THANK YOU ALL."

Fans who attended raved, saying, "Like the title, it was a flawless stage that tied fans so we couldn't go anywhere," and, "The stage felt like ILHOON's personal color."

Meanwhile, on March 26, ILHOON released the single 'Merry Go Round' and has been actively promoting. His agency, Carpenters Art Republic, stated, "Starting with this album, we plan to roll out the RGB SGNL project," adding, "Through this, we will sequentially present follow-up collaborations with various musicians and broaden ILHOON's musical spectrum."
