Super Junior's Kim Heechul is getting back behind the wheel for the first time in nearly 20 years — and the chaos that follows is already stirring buzz.

On the April 12 broadcast of SBS variety show My Little Old Boy, viewers will see "closet license holder" Kim Heechul endure a wild crash course in driving. On the show, he opens up about why he stopped driving for so long and what finally pushed him to grab the wheel again.

Heechul reveals that after a major car accident years ago, he practically gave up driving and even sold his car, leaving his license unused for years. When the reason he decided to try again after roughly two decades is revealed, even the mothers in the studio are visibly stunned.

Tak Jae-hoon and Heo Kyung-hwan step in to coach Heechul's practice drive. They prepare a customized lesson plan for him, but the tension starts building from the get-go. Unfamiliar with the latest in-car tech, Heechul makes one unexpected move after another, turning the training session into instant mayhem.

His quirky car knowledge and clumsy handling keep the passengers on edge. It escalates to the point where someone blurts out, "I can't teach this," and calls off the lesson. Watching from the studio, Shin Dong-yup jokes, "I'm never getting in a car Heechul is driving," drawing laughs.

Then, a gas station mishap adds fuel to the fire. After barely squeezing through a tight entrance, Heechul faces another hurdle at the self-serve pump. Flustered by the pay-and-pump system, he makes an unexpected mistake — and Tak Jae-hoon finally loses his cool.

Kim Heechul's bumpy comeback behind the wheel, two decades in the making, airs on the 12th at 9 p.m.
