Pop Mart is dropping aespa-themed merch that looks shockingly like the members.
On April 25, Pop Mart announced it will launch the first K-pop artist IP lineup, 'POP STAR,' with an aespa series on May 1.
As Pop Mart's first official collaboration with K-pop artists, the POP STAR series aims to deepen the emotional bond with fandoms through each artist's identity and visuals—while maximizing its value as a collectible.
The newly revealed 'aespa Fluffy Club Series' features character costume designs that reflect each member's identity. The lineup channels character concepts like Karangi, Jelbeulnyangi, Mungtaengi, and Rwe—paired with member-specific symbol necklace charms. Karina and Winter are symbolized by a heart and a star, while Ningning and Giselle are represented by a butterfly and a moon.
The series comes in three practical, collectible-friendly items: plush keyrings, phone straps, and card holders. The plush keyrings are sold as blind boxes, and regular pulls include photocards with the members' handwritten messages. Special 'secret' pulls include an unreleased selfie photocard of the member taken with their character, boosting rarity. The phone straps also come in blind boxes, and the card holders feature each member's character design for a total of four versions.
Fans who saw the aespa 'POP STAR' plush keyrings reacted, calling them "200% synced," "I need this," and "They nailed the cuteness."
The plush keyrings will be available online and in offline stores. Phone straps will be sold on the online store and select locations (Hongdae Flagship Store, Myeongdong Theme Shop). The card holders are offline exclusives, available only at the Hongdae Flagship Store and the Myeongdong Theme Shop.
