Jungkook of BTS publicly addressed shocking sound issues on the group’s U.S. tour, apologizing to ARMY and vowing quick fixes starting today after ‘Magic Shop’ was impacted at the Tampa kickoff.

On the 27th, he wrote on his Instagram, “Yes, there were sound issues with ‘Magic Shop’ yesterday. From today on, we’ll get the audio right. I’m sorry to the ARMY who came to the show yesterday.”

He added, “I’m angry too,” revealing his frustration.

Earlier, BTS opened the North American leg of their world tour ‘ARIRANG’ on April 25 (local time) at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. During the show, they performed ‘Magic Shop,’ the seventh track on their third full-length album ‘Love Yourself 轉 ‘Tear’.’ The song is a fan message, and Jungkook took an especially active role from production to chorus, showing his deep attachment.

However, due to the sound problems that day, the members weren’t able to deliver a flawless stage. Clips spread rapidly across social media and online communities afterward, sparking controversy.

BTS plans to continue meeting fans across North America following the Tampa show.
