On April 6, Go Joon-hee uploaded a video to her YouTube channel sharing her full self-care regimen. In the clip, she walked viewers through the no-nonsense discipline she maintains as an actor. "If I squeeze in even a short workout the moment I wake up, my whole condition changes," she said, naming consistent exercise as one of her key baby-face secrets.
Her eating habits also stood out. Go explained that she manages her body by taking salt water, olive oil, and lemon on an empty stomach. She stressed the importance of hydrating frequently and added, "What matters is doing it consistently in a way that does not stress you out."
She also revealed her detailed skincare routine. After cleansing, Go layers lotion and essence multiple times to boost her skin condition, emphasizing that calming skin irritated by frequent makeup is crucial. She said she keeps up at-home care by slathering on a thick cream and using it like an overnight sleeping pack.
She does not skip external treatments, either. Go regularly rotates through programs like cryo sauna, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and scalp spa to care for both body and skin. One striking moment showed her jogging in place inside a cryo sauna operating below minus 100 degrees Celsius.
