K-pop boy group AHOF issued a formal apology after a controversy erupted over filming at a baseball stadium.
On the 15th, their agency F&F Entertainment wrote on its official social media, "We sincerely apologize to the players and spectators who were inconvenienced by our artist's filming at yesterday's baseball game on the 14th."
The label added, "We failed to fully consider in advance that this could disrupt the progress of the game for the players and the viewing experience for the audience," admitting, "We should have prioritized the players and spectators, but we fell short in preparation and consideration, and we take this seriously." They continued, "From now on, we will thoroughly follow on-site operation rules and etiquette to prevent a recurrence."
Earlier that day, AHOF members Steven and Zuen were invited to Daegu Samsung Lions Park as the ceremonial first pitcher and first hitter for the game between the Samsung Lions and SSG Landers. After the ceremony, they watched the game with other members.
However, criticism soon followed that members used a flash in the stands, disrupting the game, and even turned on a large light to shoot Reels.
AHOF is a multinational boy group formed through the SBS audition program Universe League, and they debuted in July last year.
