BTS has announced full refunds for an official tour T-shirt after a quality issue was identified.
On April 7, BIGHIT MUSIC shared a notice stating that the “[GLOBAL EXCLUSIVE] S/S T-SHIRT (CHARCOAL)” from the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ merchandise line is affected.
The company explained that a problem occurred during the manufacturing process and confirmed that sales have been halted across all channels, including pop-up stores and on-site venues.
Customers who purchased the item will receive full refunds without needing to return the product. Further details will be provided in a follow-up notice.
BIGHIT MUSIC added that it is investigating the issue with the manufacturer and will strengthen quality control measures.
