Comedian Eun-young Park just dropped the happy news—she’s getting married, marking a fresh new chapter in her life.
On the 7th, Park shared a handwritten letter and her wedding pictorial on Instagram, announcing, "Hold up—Eun-young unnie is getting married," playfully echoing her own catchphrase. She said she wanted her longtime supporters to hear it first, straight from her.
Introducing her fiancé, Park wrote that he is "a warm and gentle person who always makes me laugh," openly expressing her affection. She added her wish to "build a family and live with loyalty," and shared her hopes for married life: "When it’s hard, like a comedy; when we fight, like a variety show; and when we love, like a drama." She also vowed, "We’ll keep it real like a documentary, so there isn’t a single day we don’t miss each other."
The revealed wedding pictorial is winning hearts, too. Wearing a pure white dress, Park beams while holding a sketchbook that reads, "Will you marry me?" Her fiancé appears only from behind, answering "Okay," creating a warm, romantic mood without revealing his face.
Park debuted in 2008 as a 10th-term open recruit comedian at SBS. In 2012, she re-debuted as a 27th-term open recruit at KBS and gained love for her distinctive characters and sharp wit on shows like Gag Concert.
