Shocking turn of events: BTS member Jungkook, who was casually chatting with fans, showed clear frustration after what appeared to be a serious invasion of privacy.

On the 1st, Jungkook opened a real-time Q&A on his Instagram, saying "Ask me anything." He kept the mood light, answering questions about his current weight and even recommending phone wallpapers.

He then posted "Let’s go running," hinting he was heading out to exercise. After getting ready, he shared a video of himself jogging around the Han River in a cap and mask. He even added a playful line, "If you catch me, selfie," joking about snapping a photo with any fans who happened to bump into him by chance.

Soon, posts went up online from people who said they had run into Jungkook and taken selfies, drawing major buzz. But the mood quickly shifted.

In a follow-up video, Jungkook made a punching motion toward the camera and said, "I’m not telling you to wait near my home. I’ll really expose you," unable to hide his anger. He stressed that he meant casual, chance encounters during his run—never for anyone to wait around near his residence.

Jungkook has repeatedly spoken out about privacy violations. Through the fan platform Weverse, he previously warned, "Don’t send delivery food to my home. I won’t eat it even if you do," adding, "If it happens again, I’ll check the receipt order number and take action."

There have also been alarming incidents around his residence. In June last year, a woman in her 30s from China was detained by police for allegedly attempting to enter Jungkook’s home by repeatedly trying door passcodes. That August, a woman in her 40s was caught trespassing in his apartment parking lot and was arrested on the spot, heightening concerns.

This latest incident is especially disheartening because Jungkook was simply trying to interact with fans in a light, fun way—only for it to escalate into a privacy issue. While he delivered his message with humor, it carried a firm warning to respect his home and his private life.
