IVE’s Jang Won-young opens up with refreshing candor about fame and herself.

On the 13th, fashion magazine Arena Homme Plus dropped a new pictorial starring Jang Won-young in collaboration with luxury cashmere house Barrie.

In the shoot, Jang moves effortlessly from an angelic all-white look to a striking red fit and dreamy close-up cuts, pulling off each concept with her signature aura and showcasing a kaleidoscope of charms.

In the interview that followed, Jang addressed the intense public attention, saying, "Like most things in life, it’s neither all good nor all bad. Sure, there can be uncomfortable parts, but I’m the type who chooses to enjoy them." She added, "Whether something feels positive or negative, I believe it ultimately comes to me as a good influence, so I try to accept everything with humility and enjoy the ride."

Jang also touched on her nickname "Lucky Biki"—born from her famously optimistic mindset—explaining, "I’m not trying to be positive on purpose; this is just how I’ve always lived. It feels natural to me, but because people often focus on the positive side, I sometimes catch myself asking, 'Why do I think this way?' Still, I hope I can keep living like this."

Meanwhile, IVE are meeting global fans on their second world tour, 'SHOW WHAT I AM' (SHOW WHAT I AM).
