Actor Son Na-eun will star alongside So Ji-sub in SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama Manager Kim (written by Nam Dae-jung/directed by Lee Seung-young and Lee So-eun), slated to premiere in 2026.
Manager Kim follows an ordinary family man and everyday citizen, Manager Kim (played by So Ji-sub), who exposes a past that must never be revealed as he risks everything to rescue his beloved daughter. Son Na-eun plays Sang-a, an employee at Kim's company who harbors a hidden secret.
Along with Son Na-eun, So Ji-sub, Choi Dae-hoon, and Yoon Kyung-ho have confirmed their appearances in Manager Kim. Building a solid filmography, Son has continued her acting through diverse projects including The Great Seer, Childless Comfort, Twenty Again, Cinderella with Four Knights, Dinner Mate, Lost, Ghost Doctor, Agency, The Tale of Lady Ok. With each role, she has showcased different charms, expanding her range from a chic third-generation chaebol to a down-to-earth eldest daughter.
With Manager Kim, fans are eager to see what fresh appeal she will unveil.
Meanwhile, Manager Kim, starring Son Na-eun and So Ji-sub, is planned by Studio S and Fantagio and is set for its first broadcast next year. In 2022, Son officially left Apink to focus on her acting career.
