A hard-hitting, testosterone-fueled K-Drama is storming back to screens. Dropping April 3 on Netflix, Bloodhounds Season 2 unveils new character stills of Do-hwan Woo, Sang-yi Lee, and Ji-hoon Jung and promises a brutal showdown in a global underground boxing league ruled by money and violence.
On the 12th, the Netflix series Bloodhounds Season 2 revealed character stills of actors Do-hwan Woo, Sang-yi Lee, and Ji-hoon Jung.
Bloodhounds Season 2 follows Gun-woo (played by Do-hwan Woo) and Woo-jin (played by Sang-yi Lee), who previously smashed a ring of vicious loan sharks, as they deliver another satisfying straight hook against a globe-spanning illegal boxing league where money and muscle reign supreme.
The newly released stills spotlight Gun-woo’s steely gaze, hinting at how much he’s leveled up. After taking down the brutal loan-shark syndicate in a bloody fight, Gun-woo launches into another battle to protect the people he loves from a new threat. Do-hwan Woo said, "Since three years have passed, I tried to show how Gun-woo has grown both physically and mentally," explaining his acting focus.
Woo-jin’s transformation—now working as Gun-woo’s boxing coach—also intrigues fans. Supporting Gun-woo from outside the ring, Woo-jin still looks every bit the fighter, signaling a powerful return. Sang-yi Lee shared, "If Woo-jin in Season 1 had a mischievous side, in Season 2 you’ll see a more mature and dependable version of him, driven by the desire to protect his family."
With matches unfolding around the world, the series will vividly capture boxers’ explosive clashes and the emotional whirlwinds that follow. Bloodhounds Season 2 premieres April 3 on Netflix.
