Shocking dominance: BTS returned as a full group with 'BTS Comeback Live: Arirang,' and the performance rocketed to No. 1 on Netflix's global viewership charts.

According to global OTT ranking site FlixPatrol on the 23rd, 'BTS Comeback Live: Arirang' hit the top spot in 77 countries the day prior, securing No. 1 in Netflix's Movies category.

It also clinched No. 1 in the Top TV Shows category in 77 out of 93 countries on the same day.

The show was held for free on March 21 at Seoul's Gwanghwamun Square and was broadcast live to roughly 190 countries via Netflix. Marking Netflix's first-ever live music broadcast, the platform reportedly invested a production budget in the 10 billion KRW range (approximately USD $7.5 million).

The event was overseen by renowned director Hamish Hamilton, who helmed the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony and performances for Madonna, Beyoncé, and Rihanna.

Meanwhile, BTS will hold a solo concert, 'BTS World Tour -Arirang- in Goyang,' at Goyang Sports Complex from April 9–12, and they also plan to attend a Spotify event in New York City.
