Actor Park Bo-young looked back on her special connection with Cha Tae-hyun and shared a heartwarming story.

In a recent episode of the MBC variety show Manito Club, the members visited the Bucheon Fire Station to run a late-night canteen for firefighters, marking the official start of the third Manito lineup featuring Cha Tae-hyun, Park Bo-young, Lee Sun-bin, Hwang Kwang-hee, and Kang Hoon. Despite nonstop emergency callouts, the cast prepared meals for around 30 people, creating a meaningful moment — and the firefighters were clearly thrilled.

During the Manito mission, everyone prepared thoughtful gifts for their assigned partners. The moment Park Bo-young realized her Manito was Cha Tae-hyun, she couldn’t hide her excitement, joking, "The dad I worked with during Scandal Makers."

Wanting to cheer on Cha Tae-hyun, who recently founded his own agency, Park carefully planned a special gift — even seeking advice directly from co-CEO Jo In-sung. After much thought, she presented a meaningful mother-of-pearl name seal (a traditional personalized stamp), sending him her heartfelt support.

Along the way, a warm story from the past was revealed. Park shared, "Back during my first project, Scandal Makers, Cha Tae-hyun gave me a red luxury wallet," adding, "Saying a red wallet brings in money, he stuffed it with cash." She then said, "Seeing the color red takes me right back to that time," expressing her gratitude.

Meanwhile, Cha Tae-hyun also prepared a gift for Kang Hoon, and Lee Sun-bin celebrated Park Bo-young’s birthday in advance. The members kept up their sincere Manito activities, wrapping the episode in a feel-good vibe.
