fromis_9’s Lee Nagyung has set out to earn her motorcycle license.
On April 16, a video on fromis_9’s YouTube channel showed Lee Nagyung preparing for her motorcycle license. Explaining why she decided to take on the challenge, she said, "I have one goal. My dad rides a motorcycle," adding, "I want to ride with my dad and have real conversations." Framed as a personal goal to spend more time with family, her reason struck a chord with viewers.
When asked about engine displacement, she joked, "If it’s not too high, wouldn’t it be around 2,500cc?" revealing her unfamiliarity with bike specs and making everyone laugh.
During the actual training, she started on a relatively large model and struggled a bit at first. But after switching to a model commonly used for deliveries, she kept practicing, soon showing steadier riding and better control — clear, noticeable progress.
Watching her, the instructor expressed strong confidence, saying, "I think you can pass. It’s 100%."
After finishing the session, Lee shared, "It wasn’t as hard as I thought. This time, I’m definitely getting my license." She also revealed another wish: "Once I get it, I want to put my pet in a bag and go riding together."
Meanwhile, fromis_9 released their 1st Japanese mini album 'LIKE YOU BETTER' on April 1 and are actively promoting in Japan and Korea.
