Singer Kim Ho-joong’s agency Art M&C has reported business growth despite his ongoing legal situation.
According to industry sources on the 22nd, Kim holds a 7.43% stake in the company, estimated at approximately KRW 5 billion.
Art M&C has been expanding beyond traditional talent management, focusing on intellectual property and diversification into areas such as healthcare, content, and distribution.
The company has acquired the health supplement brand Deepte 3 Days and integrated content platform Studio M&C as a subsidiary. It is also reportedly considering acquiring SBS Medianet’s lifestyle channel SBS LIFE.
Financially, the company is said to have recorded approximately KRW 13 billion in revenue and KRW 5 billion in net profit for the 2025 fiscal year.
Kim Ho-joong was previously convicted in connection with a DUI-related incident and is currently serving his sentence.
