On the third anniversary of ASTRO member Moonbin’s passing, his fellow members and family shared messages of remembrance.
On the 19th, Yoon San-ha posted a photo of himself with Moonbin on social media. The image, taken as a mirror selfie, showed the two standing side by side in the same pose. He also included their unit track 'Dream Catcher.'
JinJin shared a space filled with photos of Moonbin along with the message, “I miss you, little bro.”
Moonbin’s younger sister, Billlie member Moon Sua, also paid tribute. She wrote, “It’s been a while, brother,” and shared a cover of Christopher’s song 'Moments,' which she said was one of Moonbin’s favorite songs.
She added that she chose the song because it reflected their shared memories, and mentioned that she is preparing for her group’s comeback while thinking of him. She concluded by expressing that she misses him and loves him.
Moonbin passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 25. Since then, tributes from fellow artists and fans have continued each year.
He first appeared in 2006 in TVXQ’s 'Balloons' music video and later debuted with ASTRO in 2016, gaining recognition for his performances.
