Actor Yoo Seung Ho is making a high-profile return to the small screen after three years.
Set to air in the second half of this year, SBS’s new Friday–Saturday drama Flex x Cop 2 follows a pampered third-generation chaebol who becomes a violent-crimes detective, launching flashy “flex” investigations. Along with Ahn Bo-hyun, who successfully led Season 1, newcomer Jung Eun-chae has joined the cast, and the fresh synergy they’re expected to create is already drawing massive attention from prospective viewers.
In this project, Yoo Seung Ho plays Yoo Sung-won, the youngest son of a media conglomerate and a sculptor. On screen, Yoo Sung-won forms a special connection with lead character Jin Yi-soo (played by Ahn Bo-hyun), adding gripping tension to the plot. In particular, the meeting of Ahn Bo-hyun—the “original chaebol lead”—and Yoo Seung Ho—the “new chaebol lead”—has fans hyped for the duo’s powerhouse chemistry.
