Ok Taecyeon of 2PM has tied the knot with his non-celebrity partner after 10 years of dating — but the joyous moment was marred by a shocking leak of wedding photos.
On April 24, Ok held a wedding ceremony with his partner, who is four years younger, at The Shilla Seoul in Jangchung-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul. The event was strictly private to protect the bride’s privacy.
However, controversy erupted after on-site photos taken by a Chinese tourist were leaked. The released images show Ok and his bride linking arms and gazing at each other affectionately — and, most controversially, the bride’s face was exposed without any mosaic or blur.
The photos were reportedly shot from a guest room window by a Chinese tourist staying at The Shilla Seoul, then spread rapidly across Chinese social media and online communities.
Despite the incident, Ok Taecyeon is set to continue his busy schedule. He plans to join 2PM’s 15th-anniversary Japan debut concert at Tokyo Dome on May 9 and 10, a solo show titled 'THE RETURN'.
