2PM member and actor Ok Taecyeon is set to get married.
According to News1 on the 21st, Ok Taecyeon personally delivered wedding invitations to close friends and family, sharing the news of his upcoming marriage. One line on the invitation reads, “Two people who are a perfect 10 out of 10 for each other are finally getting married. Please join us for the beginning of this journey.”
The phrase ‘10 out of 10’ is also the title of 2PM’s debut song ‘10 Out of 10,’ drawing attention for its connection to the group’s early career.
On the 24th, Ok Taecyeon will hold a private wedding with his non-celebrity girlfriend of 10 years at an undisclosed location in Seoul. The ceremony will be attended only by family members and close friends.
The invitation reportedly also included a request for understanding in keeping details of the ceremony private, reflecting consideration for the couple and their families.
Their relationship first became public in 2020. After dating privately for several years, the couple is now preparing to marry.
Ok Taecyeon debuted with 2PM in 2008 and has continued activities in both music and acting. With this marriage, he will become the group’s second married member after Hwang Chansung, who married in 2022.
