A certain candy keeps popping up as PPL in hit K-dramas — and fans are taking notice.

On the 31st, posts titled "The product that always shows up in K-dramas" spread across social media and online communities. The photos showed lead actors in multiple series eating "this." It was none other than Kopiko candy.

It was spotted again in tvN's currently trending Brave New World. In one scene, lead actor Lim Ji-yeon receives the candy and says, "I feel energized. I really do."

The candy has also been used as PPL in dramas starring Lee Je-hoon and Shim Eun-kyung, drawing attention. It even appeared in tvN's My Lovely Liar.
