Shocking sister visuals and a first-ever collab: actor Gong Seung-yeon and TWICE’s Jeongyeon just unveiled their debut joint pictorial, instantly going viral amid fresh agency switch rumors.
On June 25, fashion magazine Harper’s BAZAAR Korea revealed its July issue spread featuring the sisters’ first shoot together since their debuts.
The concept highlights their contrasting charms and uncanny resemblance coming together in perfect harmony. Insiders say the session flew by thanks to their upbeat chemistry and warm, easygoing vibe on set.
Jeongyeon, who is set to make her acting debut in the film New Recruit: The Movie, recently drew attention after reports suggested she might move to Varo Entertainment, the agency representing her older sister Gong Seung-yeon. Regarding this, Varo Entertainment said on June 24, “It’s true we recently met with TWICE’s Jeongyeon, but nothing has been finalized regarding a contract.”
Her current label, JYP Entertainment, also commented, “TWICE is currently in a renewal discussion period. We are proceeding carefully, respecting the members’ wishes.”
